To paraphrase an old saying about the best time to plant a tree – the best time to sell your house was Spring 2021. The next best is today.

     Know your timing. Without knowing what timeline or timing might be best for you, here are the stats. 40% of home sales occur between March and May, the traditional Spring Market. The Fall Market picks up another 30% of home sales between September and just after Thanksgiving.
